I am Sushant Malhotra. My friends call me Sushi, yeah its Japanese but I like it. I love helping people around. It gives me a level of satisfaction if someone find himself or herself out of some problem because of me. I normally spend my leisure time playing guitar and singing. I love composing new songs. This is something what I do when I am indoor. Outdoor, I am highly adventurous, a person who loves to go on track, someone who want to roam around the world. Best example to prove is that I already covered most parts of India. Hence I Love travelling. Basket Ball and Cricket, surely I will call them as my passion it is something that keeps me motivated to fight and overcome hurdles of my life. If Cricket motivates me to be patient under stress, Basket Ball on the other hand helps in boosting myself to achieve what I want.

Academically, I am more inclined towards research. Researching on mindset on people especially under stress. I am working on recruitment currently and planning to create a model that can save time taken for the entire recruitment process. I had come up with various ideas till date in my career with Deloitte and Accenture that saved time and maintaining database in the organisation. Considering this as my strength I am looking forward to see myself as a problem solver a Consultant. Above all, perfection is something that I never compromised on. As my thought says that if sky is your limit and horizon is your destiny a single compromise leads you to a huge loss.
